Counselors please complete the Counselor Application and the High Sierra Adventure Course Medical Form with a parent or guardian.
| All forms MUST be viewed by all applicants. Please go to each section, even if it’s not for you, (like the Staff + Camper applications). Scroll down to the bottom of each. Check I am not a camper or staff (example below), and sign it. Then press Continue.

When you have completed each section press “continue” and it will let you know you have registered for camp.
Need Some Help? Again, if for any reason it takes you and your parent more than 10 minutes… or doesn’t work at all for you, your not the only one. Please call Colleen any time before 10 pm at (630) 690-0944.
