Day time activities are amazing! They’re all geared directly towards the likes and individual skills of the campers we serve.

Swimming

talent shows

water sports

crafts

singing + dancing

digging for “gold”

horseback riding

groom, paint and care for the horses

* All campers are evaluated annually before riding horses. Pony led rides through the trails are given first, then gently led trail rides to follow (as appropriate), or additional pony rides.

**Swim test is given to those who feel they might be able to go in the deep end with their camp counselor. Most of us stay in the shallow end.



Activities

Special Camps parties are the best!

Every night parties will include campfire songs and skits with s’mores, line dancing, hayrides, a magician, and lots of great dances!

Don’t miss Thursday night! That’s when we sing and dance alongside the Blooze Brothers! They’re a Special Camps favorite!



7:15 am. Wake Up Call!

7:45 a.m. Breakfast

9 a.m. Flag Ceremony with Songs

9:15-10 Activity #1

10:15 – 11 a.m. Activity #2

11:15-12 a.m. Activity #3

12 p.m. Lunch

1 p.m.-2:15 Afternoon Break in dorm

2:45 p.m. Snack

3 – 3:45 Activity #4

4 – 5 p.m. Activity #5

5:30 pm. Dinner

6:30-8:30 pm. Party!

8:15 pm. Evening Snack

9 pm. – Showers and ready for bed.

Groups of campers, their counselors, and an adult activity leader rotate through activities through out the week.
